Building: The Alaska Fish Count Platform
I am currently refactoring the backend ingestion systems for the Alaska Fish Count App. My goal is to move the heavy, fragile Python scraping scripts entirely out of local cron jobs and deploy them as resilient, globally distributed Cloudflare Workers using Cron Triggers. That means faster data delivery for fishermen, no matter where they are.
Experimenting With: Custom AI Agents
I've moved beyond simple ChatGPT prompts and am now building custom, programmatic AI agents using Lovable.dev and Anthropic API pipelines. I'm exploring how these autonomous workflow scripts can replace redundant client tasks (like sanitizing massive corporate stock photo metadata) in a fraction of the time.

Life in Girdwood
